Site offline. Damn it. I could have sworn I entered the right password. Hang on. Did I leave it written down somewhere? You don't think someone might have found it? Blasted Brobostigon.

A long qeekend never bodes well for productivity, and according to my calculations we now sway uncomfortably some 4.7 qonths behind schedule. I would admit some measure of fault for this, if not for the fact that I contractual waived all fault-based privileges as part of my original negotiations in taking on this project. I have, instead, a hand-painted portrait in deep storage upon which all blame shall be heaped, until such time as my own life expires or the blame becomes so great that a liability singularity consumes the entire bank.

There are times when I look upon my work and heave a heady sigh of relief. In these designs, I have flowed the very essence of my creative puissance and manifested a vision of magnificence. In Titania and the majestic lines of the vessel that contains her, I have created a momentous object, a munificent display of my genius.
It pains me, then, to find on walking the floors of the Starship Titanic, that the Yassacan imbeciles can't even put doors on the right way round. Or, indeed, the right way up. Or, in fact, in the holes meant for them. Mind, these idiots couldn't find their own forum without consulting with their Union Representatives. Actually, they probably couldn't find their own substantial buttocks with both hands. Save me!

On reflection, I might have wished for better progress. My pinnacle achievement should not be in a situation like this, stuck in an administrative limbo that distresses me. I, of all people, should not have to find myself subjected to this kind of categorical nonsense, especially given the timing and the focus placed on this project by the Gat.
I request nothing more than your clarity. Well, your clarity and your willingness to work overtime. I guarantee your efforts will inspire one and all, and your family will, in time, forgive you. Family count for nothing. Well, they count for 3 points against your credit rating on the Flark-Gorgyn Index, but... What?

I have reviewed the data on the DocOps channel and honestly - is this a good use of our funds. If we have issues in the construction dock, can we afford to have employees spending time chatting? Shouldn't they be fixing something. For that matter, they've managed without for months. I have checked the Blerontin.Com protocol and output rated zero point three seterherms for the passed four quonths.
I have initiated an administrative review of the situation and expect to have a report submitted imminently.

About This Site
Everything on this site isn't real. It's a fabrication intended, no doubt, to defraud the insurance company and the investors. Well, definitely the investors. The insurance... well, we could do with keeping them on side until they pay out, then it's open season for one and all. Deceit invariably pays the bills, or at least it keeps the Auditors from coming round in the wee qours of the night and snapping half your fingers off at the knuckles.
Keeping to the pretence, Douglas Adams carries full responsibility for the content of this fabrication. Well, him and that Terry Jones fellow, who wrote the novelisation of the Starship Titanic game. Oh, and the nice folks who used to work for the Digital Village. Mainly Douglas Noël Adams though... so, you'd be best to write that name down in your copybook, so it can get blotted later on. Rumour has it, Douglas has declared himself dead for tax reasons, but I suspect it has more to do with avoiding an impending editorial deadline.
Blerontin is, and has always been, a fan site, originally created as an emergency back-up to the Starlightlines Employee Forum, of which some scant detail can be found in this overview at h2g2 (written, oddly enough, by me).
